Oversized blazers have been on my radar all season long. The hunt began when I saw fall’s favorite trend hit the internet, a few months ago. To go big or go home, was the question that followed. I was indecisive about breaking the bank on designer, or taking to fast-fashion with an item my debit-card would be happy with. Luckily, my professional online shopping skills came in handy, and earned me a new boxy jacket, which was deceivingly inexpensive. Styling this hero item was the tricky part. As a goal of mine, I’d been dying to bring back the all-white ‘painter’s’ look. Doing so with this blazer, would up-level my ensemble.
With great excitement (I shit you not), I finally found a pair of white jeans that I love. And what’s more? They make my ass look great! These frayed Levi’s came direct from Urban Outfitters―where I scouted them the other day. I wasn’t supposed to be shopping, but after stopping in to pick up a bottle of ‘Drying Lotion‘ by Mario Badescu, it was hard to resist. I didn’t even try these on in-store―my shopper’s instinct led me to believe, they were the one.
Tying this look together with Kelly-green pumps (similar), was what made it all work. Lastly, I pilled on gold jewelry, sunglasses, and accessorized with a textured bag. What do you think? Would you dare to wear all-white? Let me know in the comments below. Thank you so much for stopping by!
