To kick off the next chapter of their concert series, I was invited to capture summertime in Montauk with Ray-Ban. I hadn’t been to The Hamptons in a while, and was pretty stoked about our trip! We kicked off this weekend adventure with a party bus-ride to Gurney’s Yacht Club―where we were staying. After our warm welcome, we headed out for diner at renowned Montauk hot-spot: The Surf Lodge. Talk about the yummiest seafood you’ll ever eat! Later, we danced off our food babies to live tunes by Gary Clark Jr.

For the next few days, we had a back-to-back itinerary of to-dos, including a Burnout class (said to be the hardest) at the New York Pilates Montauk location, followed by an infrared sauna session, at Gurney’s Sea Water Spa. If you’ve never tried chromotherapy, then you definitely should! While sweating in the HigherDOSE booth, I read that each light color connects with your body’s energy centers and helps heal your emotional body. Did I mention I received the most amazing massage, too?!

From jamming at Surf Lodge, to partying at Ruschmeyer’s, this weekend was unlike any other. Our last day we enjoyed brunch at Solé East, before hoping on the party bus back to SoHo. Besides taking away 3 new pair of sunglasses, I feel really fulfilled, and so glad I got to experience Montauk in a whole new way. A big thank you goes out to the Ray-Ban team. Thanks for everything!
