What’s an effective work-day without the help of caffeine? Let’s face it, there isn’t one. Coffee shops are the hub of creativity, productivity, and all around cuteness (if you’re shooting for the ‘Gram). I’ve spent many hours scouring for adorable places to sip well-crafted cappuccinos, whilst executing my most creative pitch-decks. I get my work done, and manage to capture gorgeous content of ‘Unicorn Lattes’, and such. Below are 5 of my most favorite cafes in NYC. And before you thank me, be sure to enjoy a slice of black-out cake with your honey-cardamom latte, at Ovenly.
First up is La Mercerie Cafe. The scene is beautiful and very french. You can order lite bites and shop for flowers at their lovely flower-stand, at the front of this stunning place. The lighting is Instagram-friendly, and perfect for business meetings or chill hangs with friends. I had the AM Brioche and Butter Cookie with coffee, and it was divine!

Next up, is The End Brooklyn. I scouted this tiny cafe in Williamsburg. There you can find energizing elixirs to get you through the day. Not to mention star-covered beverages, like my new discovery, The Unicorn Latte. If you’re looking for a meal, you won’t get it here, but who cares? Did I mention, UNICORN LATTES?!
You’ve seen me chow down desserts (bigger than my head) at this next place, and that’s because Ovenly is very generous with their portions. I’ve dreamt of their black-out cake many nights, and will surely be back for more. The natural lighting here also makes for stunning flat-lays of your delectable dishes and coffee.
And two more cafes that I really adore are: Sweet Moment and Toby’s Estate Coffee. Toby’s is a great place to spend hours working. I’m usually spotted in the back at their location in Williamsburg. If you’re looking to meet new people, this is the place to do it! This cafe is usually crowded, but if you can find a seat, please enjoy some espresso-maple lacquered bacon. You’re welcome!
Now, Sweet Moment may not have the yummiest drinks, but it ranks in for the absolute cutest! I can’t say that I’m a fan of the way their cold matcha and coffee drinks taste, but they are by far the most adorable in decor. Think: teddy bear faces on your morning lattes, and pretty plated food. I hope you get to visit these spots, and if you do, let me know what you think. Thank you so much for stopping by!
